Right around this time next year, from June 2023 thru July 2023, the greatest, most successful, and freest exercise of self-government, American democracy, will constitutionally end. Laws have already been implemented that pave the road to a new type of legal government in America. It’s no bullsh*t and no exaggeration of facts, to state unequivocally, that a step will be executed in 2023 ensuring American democracy as we know it today dies!!! It will be the final legal step that guarantees that American democracy constitutionally becomes American autocracy in 2023!!!
Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger has received undue national praise and criticism for following the law in carrying out his duties as Georgia Secretary of State. He is hailed by many as either hero or villain for not honoring then-President Donald Trump’s American autocracy plea after the 2020 election “What I want to do is this. I just want to find, uh, 11,780 votes, which is one more than the 11,779 vote margin of defeat we have, because we won the state” In other words, Trump was asking Raffensperger to either create 11,780 illegal votes from nonexistent Georgia voters or disqualify 11,780 legal votes of Georgia voters who voted for Joe Biden. Raffensperger also received what he described as a “threatening” American autocracy call from U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham, asking him to throw out all of Georgia’s mail-in ballots from the 2020 election.
Based on Georgia law at the time no one, including Raffensperger, the Governor, or the state legislature, had the power to disqualify any legally cast Georgia vote or throw out any legally mailed-in Georgia ballot. So by denying both Trump and Graham’s American autocracy requests Raffensperger was not performing a heroic or a treacherous act, he was simply doing his job as required by then Georgia law.
Like then-President Trump and Senator Graham, Georgia Republicans were very unhappy with Trump’s 2020 election loss, and therefore very susceptible to believing and proliferating the American autocracy lie that Trump’s victory was stolen by illegal votes cast for Joe Biden. After 3 vote recounts, 1 which was a hand-count of each of the nearly 5 million ballots cast, Biden still won Georgia and legally there was nothing else Georgia Republicans could do to change the results. Determined to have a legal American autocracy remedy to alter future election results the Republican-controlled Georgia state legislature created a new election law, the Election Integrity Act of 2021, that gives the power to whichever political party in control of the state legislature, Republican or Democrat, to overrule local election board operating procedures, invalidate votes from any part of the state for any reason, and invalidate any decision voted for by citizens for any reason.
Georgia is not alone in creating new election laws that convert American democracy to American autocracy by giving control of elections to partisan political parties, 7 other states, each one with a Republican-controlled state legislature, have done the same. These 8 American states have executed the 1st step of converting American democracy to American autocracy, all 8 have made the autocratic rule of a political party over citizens, against their will or desire, possible by legalizing a political party’s power to either disqualify a citizen’s legally cast vote or interfere with a citizen’s ability to vote, silencing both an individual citizen’s voice in who governs them and their choice of what laws they are governed by.
The power to disqualify any American citizen’s LEGALLY cast vote, no matter what city, county, or state the vote is cast in, is currently considered a violation of a citizen’s rights granted by the American Constitution. The guarantee of One-Person-One-Vote-Counted is a federal constitutional right granted by the American Constitution to every American citizen, it’s a federal constitutional right that currently supersedes any city, county, or state laws that might say otherwise. At least that’s what past U.S. Supreme Court Justices have ruled.
The current Supreme Court shocked many in 2013 when it, led by Chief Justice John Roberts, used a technical rationalization of old racial discrimination data as justification to vote 5-4 to strike down Section 4 of the Voting Rights Act of 1965. Section 4 was the formula used to enforce the Voting Rights Act, striking it down renders the Voting Rights Act powerless to prevent voter abuse or voter discrimination before it occurs. And last month the current Supreme Court, with 3 new Supreme Court Justices appointed since 2013 that are more politically conservative than Chief Justice Roberts, announced that it would hear and decide Moore v. Harper in 2023, the court’s decision will determine if America’s 50 politically partisan state legislatures can set the rules for federal elections, free of supervision from their state courts or state constitutions.
In other words, the Supreme Court will decide if America’s 50 politically partisan state legislatures can devise their own rules on how, when, and if a citizen’s legally cast vote is counted in their state, regardless of what their state’s constitution says and without the possibility of a legal judgment on the validity of the rules by any of their state’s courts. In truer words, the decision by the Supreme Court in Moore v Harper will convert American democracy to American autocracy!!!
Because the 9-member Supreme Court is majority populated with 6 justices who decided this year that a woman’s 49-year right to abortion is now unconstitutional, and any state law that denies a woman’s right to an abortion is now constitutional, proves the 6 justices are more committed to the rule of conservative states’ rights ideology than to the rule of American constitutional law.
The 6 justices will not only rule that partisan politically controlled state legislatures can disqualify a citizen’s legally cast vote, regardless of what their state constitution says or without possible judgment by their state’s legal system, but based on past court rulings the 6 justices will also go a step further, injecting a dagger into the heart of American democracy, by handing down a verdict which states the conservative states’ rights ideology that the federal government’s authority over the 50 states should be very limited, therefore all state legislatures are free to disqualify their citizen’s legally cast vote, regardless of what the American Constitution says and without the possible intervention by the federal courts.
The June-July 2023 Supreme Court decision by the 6 justices will make states’ rights autocracy constitutional and transform American democracy into American autocracy. The only way to prevent American democracy from becoming American autocracy is to elect, this coming November, Congresspersons and U.S. Senators willing to pass a new law in 2023, that requires all Supreme Court Justices to be reappointed every 10th year of their service on the Supreme Court.
The new law would grant the President the sole authority, without a consent vote of the Senate, to reappoint or not reappoint a 10th-year Supreme Court Justice. If a sitting justice is not reappointed the replacement justice would go through the normal Senate confirmation process, and on the 1st day, the new law goes into effect the President can replace up to a maximum of 3 justices that have served 10 years or more. If the right Congresspersons and Senators are elected in November 2022, in January 2023 the House and Senate can pass the 10-year replacement law, enabling the President to immediately replace 3 sitting 10-year rule of ideology justices and nominate 3 new rule of constitutional law judges, and allowing the Senate to confirm the 3 new justices to the Supreme Court before any new decisions are handed down in the usual June-July time frame.
This would prevent the current Supreme Court’s rule of ideology partisans who pretend to be rule of law judges, from legalizing American autocracy in the United States. Failure of American citizens to elect the right Congresspersons and Senators in November, and failure of those elected Congresspersons and Senators to pass the 10-year reappointment law with the ability to immediately replace up to 3 justices, means American democracy definitely becomes American autocracy in June-July of 2023!!!
